Standard 1200 × 2500 mm expanded polystyrene sheets are the practical, cost-effective starting point for insulation, packaging, construction, fabrication and general-purpose use. Often searched for as Styrofoam sheets or EPS sheets, they are available in multiple thicknesses and densities, with custom cutting when standard dimensions do not suit.

Standard EPS Sheets—Simple, Cost-Effective Supply
The standard 1200 × 2500 mm sheet is the main commercial starting point. Each sheet covers exactly 3 m², making quantities simple to calculate. Multiple thicknesses and EPS densities are available so the material can be matched to the intended application.

When the standard 1200 × 2500 mm format does not suit the job, PPC can supply custom-cut EPS sheets, blocks and components to the required dimensions. The cutting route is planned from larger moulded EPS production blocks available through the relevant supply source.
