If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Polystyrene Product Company, accessible from https://www.polystyrene.co.za/

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

All our orders are cut specifically for our clients based on their specific requirements. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not already been cut for the client. Once Your Order has been cut it cannot be cancelled and we will not refund you for your order.

 

If Your Order has not been cut you may cancel the order and we will refund you within 7 working days of cancelling Your Order.

 

 

Returns Policy

We have a no returns policy. Our products are cut specifically to your specifications and volume requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the right products, densities and volumes for your project. We take no responsibility for fault in any of these aspects of your order.
