Our head office, national sales and export hub is located in Strydompark, Randburg, Johannesburg.

We cut and distribute specialised expanded polystyrene (EPS) products from Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and Port Elizabeth, serving a wide range of industries including construction, packaging, HVAC, refrigeration, marine, medical, retail, events, signage, and the creative sector.

In addition, we cut and distribute extruded polystyrene (XPS) ISO Ceiling boards and insulation boards from Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth, George, Bloemfontein, and Nelspruit, ensuring broad national coverage and efficient supply.

Due to the bulky nature of polystyrene, our online store offers limited automated delivery options.

If delivery isn’t available at checkout — don’t worry! It simply means we need to quote manually based on your location and order size.

The quickest solution? Use live chat or request a quote with all the products you need delivered, and we’ll get back to you quickly with a custom delivery option.

For large orders, we deliver nationwide — even if the system says we can’t.
For very small orders over long distances, delivery may not be feasible.

If your project is far from one of our distribution hubs, you’re also welcome to have your order delivered to a local contact or nearby business for collection.

We aim to make your polystyrene ordering experience as smooth and efficient as possible.

Standard lead time:

Online orders are generally cut and delivered within 4 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Need it urgently?

If you’re on a tight deadline, give us a call or chat with us online — we’ll do everything we can to assist. In many cases, same-day or next-day turnaround is possible depending on your location and product needs.

We may have stock?

For extruded polystyrene ceilings: We carry stock and can usually assist very quickly.

For expanded polystyrene sheets and insulation boards: We may have stock at our Strydompark, Randburg warehouse.

We can often cut overnight for next-day delivery or collection in the regions.

The best approach? Talk to us. We’re fast, flexible, and if we can’t do it — nobody can!

Example: Ordering on a Friday Afternoon

If you place your order on Friday after 2:00 PM, processing will begin the following Monday morning. From there, your order will typically be ready for delivery or collection within 4 to 5 working days, which means it would likely be ready by Friday of the next week (or the following Monday at the latest).

Because all polystyrene orders are cut to size based on your specifications, we unfortunately do not offer returns or refunds.

However, if you need to cancel an order before cutting begins, we’ll happily cancel it and issue a full refund — no problem.
